The client is Mr Nam Mangaliso, owner of Nomzamo Butchery in Langa, Cape Town. The butchery was established by Mr Mangaliso’s parents, and is therefore something of a local landmark. Adjacent to the butchery, ‘Nam’ owns a retail premises. Photographs as attached.

Nam believes there is a gap in the market to open a new takeaway business, which will not only thrive in Langa, but which can be replicated on highstreets/and main roads elsewhere.
